Sunway Lagoon first opened its doors in 2000 with one of the world’s largest Wave Pools and the impressive Vuvuzela, their iconic Abyss. Their Wave Pool uses patented hydraulic pumping systems to create massive waves, in some cases up to 9 feet in height, which people can surf on.
In its most recent expansion, completed in November 2016, Sunway Lagoon introduced Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon to the water park. This expansion brought numerous attractions and popular Nickelodeon characters such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to eager fans.
Now guests can launch into a Flatline Loop and reach speeds of 60 kph in under two seconds or defy gravity in a 1-2 person Inner Tube Boomerango. End the day altogether on a six-person Family Raft Ride or on the thrilling Abyss.
