Stregthen Your Leadership Skills at the Institute for Executive Development (IXD)

WhiteWater is sponsoring two industry executives with an IDEA background to participate in the IAAPA IXD program, covering the registration fee for the 2026 Fall session in Orlando, Florida. Scholarship winners are responsible for their own travel, accomodation, and visa costs.

Scholarship Criteria:

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must currently work in the attractions industry and:

  • Identify as part of a historically excluded group 
  • Be a director or equivalent role
  • Seek to address organizational change
  • Have an interest in sharing best practices across member types
  • Are not employed by WhiteWater companies or IAAPA
