The FlowRider® Edge is a compact, pool-integrated surf simulator designed for venues where space, budget, and infrastructure simplicity are priorities.
Unlike standard FlowRider models, which require a dedicated underground water tank, the Edge connects directly to a new or existing pool — sharing the same body of water and filtration system. The result is significantly reduced civil and construction costs, and a faster path from concept to operation. For municipal aquatic facilities, hotels, and resorts with existing pool infrastructure, the Edge offers a high-impact guest experience without a high-impact build.
Product Specifications
Riders surf a smooth, continuous sheet wave and, after a wipeout, flow safely into the pool behind the wave. The Edge features FlowRider’s tensioned ride surface that minimizes impact on wipeouts. At 18 ft wide and 43 ft long, it fits where other FlowRiders can’t, making it a compelling option for venues looking to activate underutilized pool space and drive incremental revenue.
