Mana Bay Water Park, set in Bausia, Gazaria in Munshiganj, Bangladesh, is the country’s first premium water park. Spanning approximately 60,000 square metres, it is also one of the largest in South Asia. The park features a diverse mix of attractions, from high-thrill slides to family-friendly play areas, creating a well-rounded, full-day experience for guests of all ages.

To support the scale of the park and its expected guest volume, WhiteWater designed and supplied a balanced mix of attractions with careful attention to layout and circulation. Slides are distributed across the site to encourage steady guest flow and minimize congestion, allowing visitors to move easily between experiences. Integrated with tropical-themed landscaping, pathways, and shaded rest areas, the park offers a cohesive environment that blends activity with relaxation. Guests can race side by side on Whizzard, take on the iconic Boomerango, or unwind in the wave pool while taking in views of the signature volcano feature.

Since opening, Mana Bay has received consistently strong guest feedback and high ratings on Tripadvisor. This positive reception reflects the park’s focus on quality, maintenance, and overall guest experience, setting a new benchmark for water parks in the region.
