As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering diversity within the attractions industry, WhiteWater has joined forces with the IAAPA Foundation to launch a scholarship program dedicated to supporting individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. By sponsoring one individual to participate in the upcoming IAAPA IXD program, we aim to pave the way for more inclusive leadership and invest in the next generation of industry trailblazers.
This initiative is designed to bridge the opportunity gap by providing both financial support and educational access, removing financial constraints and systemic barriers that often prevent talented individuals from advancing. Our goal is to help uncover and elevate hidden potential, ensuring no one is held back from leadership opportunities because they lack access.
