Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark - WhiteWater
Located just outside of Houston on historic Galveston Island, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark features more than 33 attractions and spans over 26 acres.
Certified in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World’s Tallest Uphill Water Coaster, the Schlitterbahn Galveston Master Blaster stands over 81 feet high. Made for the park’s 10th anniversary, the Master Blaster is the perfect attraction to team up with a friend to ride the thrills together in a 1 to 2 person inner tube.
Guests can also choose to slide back and forth through the bellies of two giant sea serpents in the twin AquaTwists. Fog, sound and light effects make the ride a totally immersive experience ending with a big splash as riders exit out through the 8-foot-tall fanged mouths of the creatures.
Lastly, at 75 feet high and 696 feet long, the two Head Rush Mat Rides are the tallest and longest dueling AquaTube slides in the world to be ridden on a mat. Dedicated in honor of the men and women of NASA and the Johnson Space Center, the space-themed slides are aptly named Orbiter and Galaxy. In a 32-inch enclosed Head Rush Mat Ride, riders race headfirst on mats, twisting and turning over the park’s river system and cabana village until they can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

"The Infinity Racers are the first slide of its kind. At eight-stories tall, riders can see where they’re going rather than going feet first with their eyes closed."
