Heather joined WhiteWater in 2025 and is a member of the company’s Executive Team, bringing nearly two decades of global Human Resources experience across diverse industries and large multinational organizations including PwC, BDO and Seaspan Corporation. Her work is guided by a clear focus: enabling high‑performing teams to do great work together, globally.
As leader of the People & Culture team, Heather oversees the strategies and programs that support WhiteWater’s most important asset, its people. She is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, high impact culture where employees are set up to succeed, grow, and build meaningful careers.
Heather also partners with WhiteWater’s DEIB Committee to advance inclusive practices across the business. She values the diverse perspectives and experiences that strengthen teams and contribute to a welcoming workplace, bringing a global lens shaped by her international experience.
Outside of work, Heather is an avid traveler and devoted animal lover. She enjoys spending time with WhiteWater’s canine companions and volunteers with a horse rescue organization, combining her passion for horses with community impact.
