SOAKY MOUNTAIN WATERPARK

Creating an iconic attraction with the world’s first Wall Runner.

Since opening in 2021, Soaky Mountain Waterpark has quickly become a must-visit destination for tourists and locals alike. Located in Tennessee, one of the park’s standout rides is The Edge — a Blasterango Battle delivered by WhiteWater. Featuring a near-vertical drop that launches guests into an adrenaline-pumping plunge, it has earned a reputation as one of the park’s most intense and exhilarating attractions, drawing thrill-seekers from across the region.

As part of the park’s continued expansion, Soaky Mountain also introduced the highly anticipated Rafters Rage (Wall Runner) in 2025, continuing its partnership with WhiteWater. As the world’s first Wall Runner water slide installation, the ride delivers a dynamic combination of high-speed drops, twisting turns, and powerful rapids, taking guests on an unforgettable journey. This addition has elevated the park’s offerings and further established Soaky Mountain as one of the premier water park destinations in the region.

Feel the Thrill of the World’s First Lateral Drift

At Soaky Mountain Waterpark, the Wall Runner stands as the signature landmark of the park’s new expansion — a bold starting point that sets the tone for what’s next. Through thoughtful design and a carefully crafted colour palette, we set out to create a slide that not only stands out visually, but also supports Soaky Mountain’s vision for the park.

For operators, it strikes an ideal balance: eye-catching enough to anchor a marketing campaign, yet compact and efficient enough to fit into tighter spaces. It’s proof you don’t need the tallest tower in the park to deliver a top-tier thrill — just the right mix of motion, force, and surprise.

Project Highlights

Our guests said, they wanted more thrills to the park. We knew we had to come big, and for throughput, we wanted some volume. So that’s how we came up with The Edge. It’s exciting; it sets a monumental billboard right in front of our park. The guests absolutely love The Edge.
