Tower Refurbishment
REPLACEMENT OR UPGRADE
A clean, safe, and visually appealing tower that is also comfortable for your guests’ feet is a big part of a great water slide experience. We can replace or upgrade your old tower structure while keeping slide sections that need removal during construction to a minimum. Of course, the recommissioning of the slides is included in our service after the construction work.
Training and Education
PASS ON THE KNOWLEDGE
Knowledgeable staff makes for a safer park, but how do you make sure the information is passed down when the industry is so cyclical? Learn directly from the original supplier with WhiteWater’s Performance Services Team. We will train your operators on how to take care of your attractions, what to look for in what frequency, what the common spare parts are, how to test water, how to make adjustments, etc.
After the sessions, our trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have specific to your water park’s equipment and operating conditions. It’s like having your own one-on-one adviser.
Slide Recertification After Resurfacing
ENSURE PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY
When the operating parameters or the ride dynamics of a water slide change, e.g. through resurfacing or other ride modifications, the slide would need to be recertified/recommissioned by the original manufacturer in order to ensure rider safety and performance. Recommissioning can only be done after detailed inspection and testing, with the test plan determined by the type of ride. WhiteWater includes recertification as part of our slide resurfacing services.
