RamaYana, Thailand’s biggest water park, debuts with an abundance of WhiteWater waterslides

A long awaited water park project will celebrate its grand opening at the beginning of May. Upon its grand debut, RamaYana Waterpark is said to be Thailand’s biggest water park with a size of more than 184,000 square meters and the capacity to host 2 million guests annually. The water park is located only 20 minutes from the main city of Pattaya and sits amongst the beautiful lakes, rivers and hills of the Silver Lake area. Central Pattaya attracts 10 million visitors from around the world every year and RamaYana hopes those visitors will put the new water park on their travel itinerary.

The abundance of iconic water slides and attractions include an epic Flume-Thru-Flume water slide where a bright red and purple Family Raft Ride passes through the belly of a teal and green double Python water slide. This unique configuration creates a high capacity ride within a compact footprint, weaving the colourful water slides right through each other! Other thrilling water slides include a 4 lane Mat Razer, a Boomerango, the popular AquaLoop and Freefall, both with launch capsules, and two Dueling Master Blasters racing head-to-head against each other, which provide one of the longest ride experience visitors can have anywhere. RamaYana also offers three softer rides, which are specifically designed to provide more relaxing experiences and are specifically appreciated by local guests. One of these slides drops its rider’s right into the lazy river.

Guests looking for a break from the thrilling water slides can take a dip in the Dual Wave Pool featuring a 120 meter beach with a center stage for events as well as a winding lazy river that includes waves, waterfalls, caves, geysers and fountains and will take nearly half an hour to complete a whole lap. The water park, which will allow its guests to explore a long forgotten Asian city, will introduce visitors to the ideal balance of thrill and chill with high excitement slides mixed into leisure and 2 dedicated children’s areas.
