WhiteWater Southeast Asia Supports Waterpark Development Boom Throughout the ASEAN Region

WhiteWater Southeast Asia (WW-SEA) announces the signing of waterpark services agreements in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines and Bahrain after recently setting up office in Bangkok, Thailand in late 2016. WW-SEA CEO, Chris Perry comments, “We are happy to establish ourselves so quickly in the region. We are working on, what will be, world-class waterparks, with well-established partners and are excited to share the details when the time is right! We see enormous development opportunities across Southeast Asia and the regions that sit close by. It is an exciting time for our industry here!”

WW-SEA, is a new offering from the industry leading water and theme park attraction manufacturer WhiteWater West Industries Ltd. (WWI), in partnership with the premier Thai Hospitality Company, Vana Nava Company Limited, owners of Vana Nava Water Jungle in Hua Hin, Thailand. WW-SEA has already established themselves as an integrated waterpark services company providing all the traditional services of their parent company, WWI: Concept Design, Schematic Design, and of course the full line of award winning waterslides, attractions, rivers, surf pools, FlowRiders, and children’s interactive water play, with the additional benefit of offering Operational Consulting, Market Research, Feasibility & Viability, Technical and Operational Services, Pre-Opening Services, and Operational Management.

With the region seeing rapid leisure and tourism expansion, many companies are considering the potential offered by developing a waterpark or additional aquatic offerings and it is WW-SEA’s ambition to make that step as successful and painless as possible.

WW-SEA has the ability to draw from the 600+ strong team of water and theme park professionals from their Canadian headquarters, while providing deep operational experience from their team based in Thailand. Owners and investors now have a management company, with design capability and attraction manufacturing & installation expertise, with a locally based team to coordinate and provide operational oversight and manage waterpark operations upon opening.
