Operated by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), the ship was built in 2019 at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France.

Boasting an array of aquatic amenities catering to different age demographics, the Arizona Aquapark and the Himalayan Bridge are two unique attractions on the MSC Bellissima. A children’s water park, the Arizona Aquapark is themed with desert creatures and safari animals. In addition, this water park features some of WhiteWater’s most beloved slides, the Champagne Bowl, Constrictor, and Giant AquaTube. Encircling the pool area is the Himalayan Bridge which spans 82 meters and allows guests to attach themselves to a suspension bridge. The suspension bridge is connected to an AquaPlay 150 that is also part of Arizona Aquapark.
